The evaluation we have just completed has demonstrated a significant reduction in service costs (34%) and overall improvement in beneficiary outcomes. Over the last year we have led the development of the new cohort model with the partnership. The You First team are now ready to build on this success extending the service to new cohorts of beneficiaries, supporting young people, women from the PAUSE project and people with mental ill health.
Resolving Chaos has been in discussion with BLF to decide on the best arrangements for the delivery of the next steps of the You First Programme in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham. Following these considerations, Resolving Chaos has requested the Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham Fulfilling Lives project be transferred to a new provider agency to lead the next phase of the programme. This decision takes into consideration the needs of the partnership, the new cohort model and the future direction of Resolving Chaos. This enables the Partnership to focus on the next important stages of development following the mid programme review and provides Resolving Chaos an opportunity to focus on its core business of service evaluation and enabling systems change.
The process for the transfer that will begin with the selection of a new lead and the BLF are currently working through the process for selecting the new lead organisation with the partnership. We feel privileged to have been part of setting up such an innovative initiative and of all the achievements delivered by the You First team to this point. We wish the team, working with the Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham partnership continued success.
