Resolving Chaos was created in 2010 by Ann Skinner and Nick O’Shea – two people who have spent most of their careers working in the multiple needs sector.
Over the last two years we have worked on a diverse range of successful projects, developed a number of innovative methodologies, and improved the lives of hundreds of people with multiple needs across London.
Why not find out more about our story and our people?
Ann and Nick have a strong track record in working with people with multiple needs and both wanted to help improve services and outcomes for vulnerable people across London.
Since our creation, we have been building on the experience and methodologies developed through the Department of Health’s Tackling Multiple Disadvantage Programme in London – as well as other similar initiatives.
In August 2010, we became one of 12 Cabinet Office-sponsored pathfinders, exploring new ways of delivering services to the public. We were a spin-out from the Department of Health and we transferred the DH learning and investment in resolving multiple disadvantage, into a social enterprise. We then became a Community Interest Company in February 2012.
To date, we have run 19 NHS London funded demonstrator projects in 14 areas across the city.
